Istanbul Kültür University Faculty of Education, Guidance and Psychological Counselling Bachelor’s Degree Program has been offering education since the 2013-2014 academic year.

The need for psychological support services, and the awareness of these services are rapidly increasing both around the world and in our country. In this context, increasing the number of qualified specialists in the field of Guidance and Psychological Counselling is of great importance. Istanbul Kültür University Guidance of Psychological Counselling Bachelor’s Degree Program aims to contribute to the training of qualified specialists. Graduates of this program can perform guidance and psychological counselling practices in areas such as schools, private counselling centers, guidance research centers, rehabilitation centers, and family and juvenile courts. 

Drawing on the deep-rooted heritage and experience of Kültür Educational Institutions, the program offers students a high-quality learning experience supported by an expert academic staff, diverse practical opportunities, and a comprehensive interdisciplinary curriculum. The Counselling and Psychological Guidance Bachelor’s Degree Program places great importance on providing an interdisciplinary education. We offer a contemporary and comprehensive curriculum designed to equip our students not only with professional skills, but also with a high level of artistic and cultural knowledge, fostering lifelong learning and enabling them to become individuals who are well-versed in the core principles of their profession and educational philosophy. Our program offers a total of 240 ECTS credits, comprising both theoretical and practical core courses, as well as professional and general knowledge courses.
