The orientation program for the first year students of the Istanbul Kültür University Department of Educational Sciences was held at Basın Ekspres campus on Wednesday, October 5, 2022. The students showed great interest in the event which was attended by all faculty members of the department.  In the event, Information was given about academic counseling, how to register to classes, the opportunities with regards to double major and doing a minor in programs , and academic and social activities at our university.

The congress called "Psychological Counselling and Guidance for Sustainable Development", which was held on 13-15 June 2022 in cooperation with Istanbul Kultur University and Turkish PDR Association, has been concluded. The congress held in its duration 281 papers, 5 panels, 17 workshops and 681 participants.

An "Alumni Panel" was held by the Program of Guidance and Psychological Counseling at the Basın Ekspres Campus Seminar Hall on Monday, May 9th. At the panel many graduates working in a variety of institutions talked about their post-graduation experiences. The graduates talked about being a psychological counselor in private schools, working with children, preparing for the KPSS exam and the job assignment processes, working in private companies as well as, studying in different graduate programs.
